Rate & Fee Breakdown
- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
- Rates are for up to eight guests. There is a charge of $25.00 per additional guest, per night - over 8 up to 10 max.
- Our guest limit is 10 people (including children). Please respect this limit. Rental agreement will be cancelled and guest will be asked to leave premises immediately if found in violation.
- This home is unique as it is rented year-round. The reservations are flexible however, we rent on a weekly basis in the spring/summer from Sunday to Sunday. If interested please call to discuss rates.
- To secure the reservation, half of the rental amount is due at the time of booking and held as a deposit. This amount, less a $100 cancellation can be refunded with 60 days cancellation notice. The second half of the rental rate plus a $500.00 refundable damage/security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Summer rates vary for the week including July 4th. Please ask for rates for holiday weekends, including Memorial and Labor Day, Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Peak season rentals require a 7 night minimum and book from Sunday to Sunday.
